I know it will vary couple to couple as each have their own issues that brought them there in the first place.
I’m curious how the first session went for some of you. What took place? Was it a getting to know you thing? Were lots of questions asked by the therapist?
After the first session: Was there tension in the car on the way home? Did you feel okay or did you ‘hate’ one another even more?
