planning on getting a divorce i know you have to go to the county courthouse just not sure which department.. would it be family? civil?
The sheriffs department has tried serving him 6 times and he won’t accept them. He’s not returning any phone calls or text messages. Unfortunately he gets a kicks out of upsetting me and this certainly has. I need suggestions on how to get this evil, deceitful man to give me a divorce?
does that stop the divorce ? If it does not stop the divorce why is his signature needed ?
Hello, I was married into a scam marriage several years ago in Vietnam. Anyhow as it turned out, I was able to get a divorce in 2007. I have since misplaced the papers that show proof of divorce, but I need to obtain an official copy of them so that I may marry my fiance in the Philippines. I live in Canada. Can I obtain them through the Vietnamese Embassy in Ottawa?
because i am 9 months pregnant, for 4 months that were seperated he never bothered and all of a sudden he started to call me and care for the child. i do talk to him for 2 weeks already because i am using him for him to buy everything for the baby……but can that screw up with my divorce case by us keeping in contact?

What i’ve read online seems to make me think you only need to bring them if the divorce was finalized in the last 90 days.
