does that stop the divorce ? If it does not stop the divorce why is his signature needed ?
My wife wants to to divorce since she doesn’t love me any more according to her even though she thinks I am a great guy and we have been married for 15 years and have two kids. She has been going counseling, but still determine to get a divorce. Any recommendation?

This all stems from a rough patch we went through around 6 months ago. There were a number of arguments etc.
Everything is fine now however she wants us to go to couples/marriage counselling to help deal with that sort of thing if it rises again.
My official policy on counselling is that its a load of hippy crap and its a waste of time.
To me, the fact that this all occurred 6 months ago and we got through with few problems means that the way we handled it, although difficult at the time, worked fine.
So how do I manage this?
